PRICES
The prices quoted in the Online Store are correct at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to alter these prices, up or down, when required by changes in VAT or other circumstances beyond our control. The correct price will be indicated on the delivery note. The Online Shop reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, designs or prices or product and conditions of supply..
HOW AND WHEN WILL IT BE DELIVERED?
All parcels are sent by Royal Mail Tracked delivery, unless Special Delivery has been requested. We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days (subject to stock availability), but please allow up to 28 days delivery to destinations within the UK. Orders sent to overseas destinations may take up to six weeks dependent on the destination. Please check the availability on items when ordering as orders are accepted without guarantee of delivery by specific dates. It is our policy to dispatch items ordered in the shortest possible time, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages occurred whilst in transit. Although we will advise and help with sizes where we can, responsibility cannot be taken by the online shop if the items are not suitable in size when ordered through the Online Store. Please see the following paragraph for our exchange/refund policy.
WHAT IF I WANT A REFUND?
If an exchange or refund is required then the items should be returned to us in their original packaging along with your receipt within 28 days of the purchase date.. Please note all parcels must be sent back using recorded Delivery, we will not accept responsibility for lost goods. Sale items can be exchanged but no refunds or credit notes will be issued. You may also exchange or refund your goods at the stadium store. All items must be returned in re saleable condition along with your receipt and within 28 days of purchase. Items bought in the Sale will be exchanged, but no refunds or credit notes will be issued.. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned have been deemed to be damaged, worn or tampered with. Please be aware, no refunds, exchanges or credit notes will be issued against items which have been personalized, unless the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights dvd’s, jewellery, hats and socks purchased through the Online Store will only be exchanged if deemed to be faulty. Please make sure you have ordered the correct item and size at the time of ordering.
